Hangzhou has an
international airport, called Xiao-Shan airport, which has good connections to East Asia. There are direct flights from/to Hong Kong, Korea
and Japan.
You can take flights to Hangzhou
via Hong Kong. Alternatively you can choose
Shanghai Pudong airport, where is about 200 km away from Hangzhou.
From Hangzhou
Xiao-Shan Airport: Take an airport shuttle (15 RMB/person) to Wulin Gate, and then either take a taxi or Bus line #28 (or
21) to Zhejiang University, Yuquan
Campus.
From Shanghai Pudong International Airport
(SPIA): Take the Airport Bus Line, one can directly
from Shanghai to Hangzhou. The bus
shall arrive in Hangzhou
(near Yellow Dragon Sports
Center) in about 2 and
half hours and the fee is 100 RMB (about 10 Euro). The bus departure time is as
follows: 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:30, 17:30, 19:30 (local time).
From Yellow Dragon Sports
Center to Zhejiang University:
It takes only about 10 minutes on foot. You can also take a taxi from
there which costs 11 RMB (about 1.1 Euro).
From the main railway
station of Hangzhou: Take the bus No. 21 to the
destination (Yu Quan Campus of Zhejiang University)
or take a taxi (it costs around 22 RMB).
From the east railway station of Hangzhou: Take the bus No. 28 to the
destination (Yu Quan Campus of Zhejiang University)
or take a taxi (it costs around 27 RMB).
