Zonghua
Gu received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science
and Engineering from the University of
Michigan at Ann Arbor under the supervision of Prof. Kang G. Shin in 2004. He
worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Virginia in 2004-05, and
then as an assistant professor in at the Hong
Kong University of Science and Technology in 2005-09 before joining Zhejiang University as an associate
professor in 2009. His research area is real-time and embedded systems (实时嵌入式系统). He serves on the
editorial board of the Journal
of Systems Architecture (Elsevier), and has served on the program
committees of top conferences including IEEE RTSS
and RTAS in recent years.
