Turing Seminar is a course designed for students from Turing Class. The course will start with the first lecture given by President Zhaohui Wu of Zhejiang University, and invite renowned scientists, such as Prof. Yunhe Pan and Prof. Chun Chen to give keynote lectures. This course will provide a new platform and opportunity for Turing Class students to accumulate cutting-edge knowledge of computer science rapidly, improve their learning ability, and gain access to professional learning resources. This course will further help students develop an effective career plan, learn modern scientific paradigms, understand the importance of academic integrity. This course will also explore a new path for implementing the KAQ2.0 excellent education system of knowledge transmission, ability cultivation, quality improvement, and personality integrity. Students can earn 0.5 credit for this course based on the final total number of check-ins and summary report.
