Mr. Chen has worked for 4 software companies in the past 15 years as
programmer / system analyst / project manager, and he came to TCS in 2002
when it was established. He has been assigned as defect prevention process
owner for TCS China for more than 2 years. As a KPA of CMMi, defect
prevention (root cause analysis and resolution) is a key factor for the IT
industry. Mr. Chen want to share some knowledge with all of you.
